2023 resolution on sports betting

Just as we are now in 2023, everybody must have reasons why he is engaged in sports betting. You can only be in sports betting for 2 reasons which are fun or passion. If you are for passion, then you must have a genuine resolution which intend to achieve this year.
My question is how serious are you in achieving your objectives?. Are you able to set up guidelines on how to achieve your aim?. It is one one thing to decide, it is another thing to follow it up.
What I'm trying to emphasize here is that, the kind of lifestyle you live would determine how serious you are in achieving your aim.

I think that my resolution for 2023 with respect to betting is to be more pragmatic and less emotional when placing a bet. I should rely on gut feelings and look to stake parlays based mainly on prior analysis. This would stand me in good stead to win a bet.
