32Red and Platinum Gaming to be fined £7.1 million by UK Gambling Commission

32Red and Platinum Gaming will pay a fine to the Gambling Commission due to numerous mistakes. Kindred Group, the owner of both operators (32Red and Platinum Gaming), will pay fines totaling £7.1 million. Unibet.co.uk is run by Platinum Gaming, while 32Red is in charge of 32red.com. Multiple safeguards against money laundering and social responsibility failures were discovered across the two operators, according to a Gambling Commission investigation. 32Red failed to implement responsible gambling policies, making it impossible to recognize and assist problem gamblers. The investigation discovered that Platinum Games permitted customers who had been self-blocked or self-excluded to avoid the ban by creating a different account.
