In order to facilitate its entry into the US market, 888 has teamed with Nuvei, a Canadian fintech business that specializes in payment processing software.
As part of its US strategy, 888 will make use of Nuvei technological platforms and the Nuvei Instant Bank Transfer service to facilitate quicker payment processing.
Given that the two companies have been cooperating in the European markets since 2017, it is not surprising that 888 has opted to team up with Nuvei for its US-facing company.
Additionally, Nuvei assisted 888 as it entered the newly regulated iGaming market in Ontario in April 2022.
