A 30 year old man Mangesh Ramchandra Gupta, addicted to gambling, got arrested for stealing 12 motorcycles in the past four months in Eastern suburbs.

Gupta a former delivery boy residing in Kalwa East, stashed the stolen bikes near his home. He changed their registration numbers and planned to sell them.
