A casino in Adelaide will appear in court on "serious and systemic" charges.

SkyCity Adelaide is being sued in federal court by Australia's financial fraud watchdog for alleged "severe and chronic" violations of anti-money launder as well as counter-terrorism financing legislation.
In response to an inquiry into SkyCity Adelaide's due diligence with anti-money laundering as well as counter-terrorism funding laws that was begun in June of last year, AUSTRAC today filed civil penalty order litigation against the casino in court.
