A Kentucky man wins the state lottery's most recent jackpot award, worth $60,000.

A man from Kentucky can now claim to be the game's inaugural winner.
According to lottery officials, the Louisville man, who requests anonymity, purchased a winning ticket on Kentucky 5 after only five drawings. Hatton hit the jackpot of $60,000 by matching five numbers.
The man purchased his ticket from a Louisville Kaders Market.
The clerk informed him about the new game, and before that, he was unaware of it. Because I had no idea how to play, he handed me a Quick Pick.

It is not in any different. It is same every where. The only different here is that we are taking gambling as side hustles and not full time job. Consequently, we don't invest more in it. Similarly, casino here are not well developed like the foreign ones.
