A man was apprehended following an alleged robbery at a bookmaker.

A guy got arrested for supposedly robbing a Betfred shop on Norton High Street in Stockton-on-Tees. Cops came after a 999 call around 19:20 GMT on January 2.

The twenty year old is nabbed for robbery and another thing about trying to hurt someone. No guns involved and thankfully no individuals got hurt according to Cleveland Police.
