A new self-exclusion scheme is launched in Colorado by the regulator

In Colorado, players have the option to take a break from gambling for a period of one, three, or five years. By doing so, they can effectively block themselves from participating in any activities offered by licensed operators. This includes not only gambling at casinos but also placing sports wagers both at physical locations and through online sportsbooks.
To enroll in this program, consumers can conveniently sign up either online or in person at any of the DOG offices situated throughout the state.

This new exclusion program in Colorado will no doubt provide valuable support for those struggling with compulsive gambling issues. Being able to easily take a break from betting for an extended period should help reduce temptation at a vulnerable time.
