A 56-year-old man from Council Bluffs, Iowa, was caught with drugs and a homemade gun at a casino.
He had previous felony convictions dating back to 1995. After pleading guilty to possession of the unregistered firearm, he was sentenced to five years in federal prison and three years of supervised release.
