There is no approach which guarantees victory when dealt pocket aces. However, some steps can reduce losses. Check the board for high cards which threaten your aces. Play cautiously and check if others also bet big. Call only reasonable bets, folding if overbet. Even then, you may lose to unlikely straight or flush draws. Therefore, be ready for the possibility of getting beaten despite a great starting hand. Remember, luck plays a big role in the outcome.
