Advertising Standards Authority conducts investigation of meme gambling ads

There have been complaints that the Advertising Standards Authority no longer has "control" over meme advertisements. It has started looking into this novel kind of advertising.

Increasingly, gambling companies are using social media posts with memes—usually a humorous image, video, or comment—instead of traditional product advertisements, like offering free credit with a wager, to increase brand awareness. This strategy is known as "content marketing."
 
These are definitely the tactics for such companies to offer the same products and offering of services while hiding themselves from the law to save them from accountability actually indeed
