Advertising Standards Authority dismisses complaints over BetMGM's UK ad

The Advertising Standards Authority has rejected complaints that questioned whether BetMGM's television advertisement with Chris Rock was particularly appealing to viewers under the age of eighteen.

The authority stated that three complainants disputed whether the advertisement violated the code because it featured a person who would likely appeal to people under the age of eighteen.

They added that, with the possible exception of the speedboat and lion, which might have piqued children's curiosity, the majority of the advertisement's presentational elements wouldn't have been particularly appealing to kids.
