According to lottery officials, no lucky jackpot winner matched all six numbers in Friday night's drawing, leaving the Mega Millions jackpot at more than $1.1 billion as of Saturday. For 24 straight drawings, or more than two months, there have been no jackpot winners. The winning numbers on Friday were 3, 20, 46, 59, 63, and the Mega Ball 13. In a statement released on Saturday, Pat McDonald, the executive director of the Mega Millions Consortium, said, "Mega Millions has now surpassed the $1 billion milestone again." It's particularly pleasant to see the jackpot increase throughout the course of the holidays and into the new year, he continued.

This is the first time they will put out this strings. They always use this to entice more players. They have designed the game in a way that people won't win and to win, there may be many attempts from people.
