After 35% YoY growth, Rush Street Interactive barely made money in the second quarter.

Profitability didn't appear to be a possibility for very long, but more and more operators are now reporting that Q2 was in fact a profitable quarter. Rush Street Interactive, which reported adjusted EBITDA of $1.2 million for the quarter, is the most recent entry on the list.
Additionally, Q2 brought in $165 million in income while losing $16.7 million. In contrast, Q2 2022 saw $143.7 million in sales, $28.2 million in losses, as well as $18.6 million in losses from adjusted EBITDA.
Although RSI CEO Richard Schwartz acknowledged there was a potential the firm may achieve full-year profitability, like most other operators, RSI is in a toss-up position to turn a profit in the third quarter, while the fourth quarter will almost certainly show positive results.
