After a confrontation at Caesars Palace, a wanted Colorado man accepts a plea agreement.

A fugitive from Colorado who was apprehended after a tense confrontation at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip last month has decided to take a plea offer, according to his lawyer.
The 36-year-old Matthew John Ermond Mannix, who was charged with felony property destruction and misdemeanor carelessness, has admitted guilt.
Approximately $55,300 in compensation is also included in the deal. According to Mannix's attorney, David Roger, he will probably serve his jail term in his native Colorado as a result of the plea agreement.
The penalties for the offenses include the potential for fines of up to $12,000 and imprisonment terms of one to 5 years, which would be served concurrently with a 364 days sentence.
