Star Entertainment was found guilty of 11 offenses and was compelled to pay a A$140,000 fine, adding to a long list of financial penalties.
The troubled casino owner had filed a guilty plea in Brisbane Magistrates Court earlier this year as a result of an investigation by Queensland's Office of Alcohol and Gaming Regulation.
Seven of the accusations are related to state-wide casino law that forbids the use of credit cards to pay for gaming chips, with $170,000 in bets allegedly taken between 2017 and 2022.
