After failed negotiations with Jesse Marsch, Leicester names Dean Smith as their new manager.

In an effort to maintain Leicester City's Premier League status, Dean Smith and Craig Shakespeare have proposed hiring John Terry as their interim coaching staff. Terry is a former captain of both England and Chelsea.
That is the scenario that now appears most feasible but a final decision has not yet been taken. Smith, together with former Leicester manager Shakespeare, and Terry, would be willing to take the relegation-threatened team until the end of the season.
The idea to introduce Terry, 42, has been floating around for the past 24 hours. He formerly worked as Smith's coach at Aston Villa and is now employed with the Chelsea academy.
