The Nevada Gaming Commission might give a $500,000 penalty to a Laughlin casino for not telling about two fights involving its security.

One was about an employee accused of smoking marijuana, and the other was a customer removed from the property. The casino didn't report these incidents.

Another complaint was against a Las Vegas bar for not having enough money for slot machine payouts. The bar owner gave up his license.
