Betting is truly a game of luck. At times it favors us even when we didn't do any analysis and sometimes it goes against us despite a lot of analysis made on this betting. This means our decisions may have lesser actions on the outcomes of betting.

When we lose, should we accept it as fate and move on looking forward to a better day or we need to sit down to analyse the reasons why we lost. I asked this because I do believe that we don't have a say in the outcome of any gambling especially football betting, then why sitting back to analyse instead of moving on after loss.

I understand your perspective that gambling, including football betting, is largely based on luck. It is true that luck plays a significant role in the outcome of bets, and sometimes even the most thoughtful analysis does not yield the desired result. However, I believe that analyzing the reasons for a loss can be a valuable exercise for several reasons:

1. Learning from mistakes: By analyzing the reasons for your loss, you may be able to identify any errors or flaws in your betting strategy. This can help you avoid making the same mistakes in the future and improve your chances of success.

2. Identifying patterns: Analyzing your losses may reveal patterns or trends that can inform your future betting decisions. For example, you may discover that you consistently lose when betting on a particular team or in a specific situation. This knowledge can help you adjust your approach and make more informed choices going forward.

3. Emotional management: Losing a bet can be frustrating and emotional, especially if you've invested a significant amount of time and money. Analyzing the reasons for your loss can help you gain a better understanding of the factors that are within your control and those that are not. This may provide a sense of clarity and help you separate the emotional aspects from objective analysis.

4. Continuous improvement: The process of analyzing your losses can contribute to your overall growth as a bettor. It allows you to evaluate your decision-making process, refine your strategies, and adapt to changing circumstances. Over time, this commitment to learning and improvement can lead to better results.

While it's important to remember that luck can still heavily influence the outcome of bets, analyzing your losses can provide valuable insights and help you make more informed decisions in the future. It's about finding a balance between accepting the role of luck and taking responsibility for the elements that you can control.

By examining your losses, you might find patterns or trends that help guide your betting choices moving forward. For instance, you might find that, when you wager on a certain team or under a certain circumstance, you always lose. With this information, you may modify your strategy and go on with more informed decisions.

From the comments above, definitely it always better to analyse our games after loss. I am just imagine to what extent? Since analysing doesn't guarantee that we will still win. I have seen people betting impulsively and stjll win.
