The New York Jets, an NFL team, have asked the court to appoint a receiver for the disbanded betting operator Fubo Gaming on the grounds that the company has not paid its debt to the team.
That's bad for the Fubo gaming to have defaulted in payment of its debts to its team. It does not have to wait until the situation gets into litigation before it has to pay its team. Let us hope the receiver would be able to solve it.
