Agents of online casinos jailed in Japan

It has been discovered that two company executives in Tokyo, Aichi, and Fukuoka prefectures have been apprehended by the police. Their alleged crime involves assisting habitual gamblers by facilitating payments for domestic customers who engage in online gambling at foreign casinos. This groundbreaking arrest marks the first time Japanese settlement agents for online casinos have faced such charges. Authorities suspect that Yoshiaki Maeda, aged 42, and Shinya Tokita, also 42, have transferred a substantial amount of money totaling billions of yen, resulting in commission fees exceeding ¥2.1 billion.
