A Georgia card counter is suing the Ameristar Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado, alleging unlawful detention.
He alleges that while working the blackjack tables at the casino, casino employees first harassed him, and later, a Colorado Gaming Commission agent made an attempt to detain him.
Unusually, the agent didn't seem to be aware that card counting is permitted both in Colorado and throughout the rest of the United States.
