Emily Stratton, a 42-year-old casino manager, shares her experiences about the joys and challenges of her job.

She recently became the general manager of Grosvenor Casinos in Manchester. Emily started as a croupier at 19 and moved up to managerial positions in various locations.

Despite the demanding 24-hour nature of the job, she finds support from her team and recently won a European award. She also balances her career with raising a family.
