All-in plays with AA or KK on the flop seem to always go my way, but I've noticed I sometimes lose when more cards come on the turn or river. How important is it to calculate the potential equity I'll lose on later streets when going all-in with top pocket pairs on the flop? In my experience, keeping the pot small with bets on the flop then re-evaluating on later streets often profits more in the long run, but lightening up my all-in tendencies with top pairs could also improve my winnings. What are your thoughts?
