Corruption can be found everywhere. Most of the owners of these casinos were found to be penultimate government officials or are fronting for government officials. That is why some of them were not duly registered for online operations.

Yes. It is all the gambling sites that were regarded as illegal. The Japan prime Minister made no concessions which means he intend to outlaw all gambling sites without exceptions.

The public campaign initiated by the government to condemned gambling is not good. Accepted that there are some illegal casinos, but that doesn't mean all of them are illegal.

Public campaign that is being declared by the government will not even be enough the government of Japan really need to act fast about the way people are being addicted to gambling in Japan if it will over take the minds of the citizens in that country
