The Environment and Energy Ministry has greenlit an environmental impact assessment for a new entertainment and hospitality center in Maroussi, northern Athens.
Called Project Voria, it's a 250 million investment by North Star Entertainment, the first of its kind in the area for years.
It includes a luxury hotel, entertainment, and a casino. Approval sets the stage for final permit acquisition and construction.
