Are casinos legal in Ukraine?

I was having a discussion with one of my friends about Ukraine. One of them said that he would like travel to the country but he is very worry about the casino in the country. You couldn't get much information online about the country.

One of the questions I want to ask you guys over here is that Are casinos legal in Ukraine? I will be glad if anyone you can tell you is I would like to know your opinion on this question. Thanks in advance.

I believe that gambling is legal in Ukraine. Obviously due to the ongoing war and conflict between them and their neighbours Russia, most of these establishments have been decimated by objects of warfare.

I don't know about casino gambling offline but I think if you want to do it online, casino gambling is still legal. Ukraine is just a normal country and i don't think gambling or any form of it is illegal there

Your point is valid. Because of the ongoing war between them and Russia, most of these activities have taken a backseat. With that being said, the venture is still perfectly legal and anyone can engage in it as per their wishes
