Dead tables are not a common occurrence in casinos. This is because in most casinos, the house always has an advantage and is therefore able to take a profit on each hand. This means that most casinos will try to ensure that they have enough players at each table so that they can make a profit. If there are too few players at a table, the casino will usually move players to other tables or close the table altogether.
