I started a thread here and I learned that every company has it's own oddsmaker, that is a series of experts that study and analyse the outcome and past experience of some games before assigning odds to the games. And I wonder why some options keep getting misplaced? Is it this same odds maker that still remove the option?

The oddsmakers at a sportsbook analyze a variety of factors, including team performance, injuries, weather, and betting trends when setting odds. However, sports betting is not an exact science, and oddsmakers can make mistakes in their assessments.

As for why some options may be removed, there could be a variety of reasons. It could be that the odds on that particular option are not in line with the betting market, or there could be some new information or developments that have caused the sportsbook to re-evaluate the odds.

In some cases, a sportsbook may remove an option due to low betting volumes or due to concerns about the integrity of the game. It's also possible that a particular option may be temporarily removed and then re-added once more information becomes available.

Ultimately, the decision to remove an option lies with the sportsbook, and it's important to remember that they are trying to balance the risks and rewards associated with offering betting lines on any given game or event.
