Though there is a gambling law in place, many casinos are operating illegally in the country. The gambling law is not that effective to guard against this.
The legal land based casinos are located in the largest cities in the country.
The biggest casino can be found in the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos. Nigeria law focuses on activities to reduce money laundering and illegal gambling.

There are casinos in Nigeria , it's even legalized , I think the government have not placed any sanction on caisno platform yet , if you want to place casino bets and others , you have freedom to do that in the country I think tho
