I value my peace of mind than any other things so I will never engage in any form of gambling. More so, we don't learn by watching, we learn by doing. I can only know and discuss about the strategy but I will never know how to apply them in the real life since I don't play games.

It depends on the individuals. There is what is called incidental learning. You don't need to be actively involved in it before you know how to bet. You can only perfect it when you start involving in it.
