As the betting prohibition begins, Juventus lends its complete support to Fagioli.

Juventus has pledged complete assistance to Nicolo Fagioli following the acknowledgement by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) of the player's seven-month prohibition for violating regulations related to wagering on matches. The Serie A club expressed this on Thursday.

The FIGC declared the penalty on Tuesday and further verified that his suspension commences on Oct. 19, allowing the player the possibility of a comeback towards the conclusion of the season.

Additionally, the FIGC affirmed that Fagioli will undertake a six-month therapy program for his gambling addiction, which will involve at least ten public gatherings spread across five months.
