The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has issued another regulatory penalty against Aspire Global as the year comes to a close.
Due to AG Communications' failure to adhere to the Commission's anti-money racketeering standards, the company has been charged £237,600 in addition to issuing an infringement notice and additional license conditions. AG Communications also conducts business as Aspire Global.
According to the regulator's evaluation, Aspire Global was unable to show that it had performed background checks on the six outside companies with which it had entered white-label relationships.
