Last weekend's game between Cambuur Leeuwarden and FC Emmen ended in a 0-0 tie, giving new Cambuur coach Sjors Ultee his first win. Following the 0-3 loss to FC Volendam, Cambuur suffered a 1-0 defeat against De Treffers in the Dutch Cup. It was the third time in a row that Cambuur failed to score in a game, but in the first half, they played effectively and had several chances to do so.
