At what age do you stop paying taxes on lottery winnings?

There was a time a senior citizen visit the game hours to play casino in order to win. Some people are saying that this man is homeless. Another person said that this kind of people shouldn't be paying tax on winnings if they manage to get one.

I don't think that the law on taxes on any kind of winnings in the casino has imitation . I stand to be corrected if I am wrong , but once you receive winnings, taxes will be deducted irrespective of the age bracket.

I have never pay tax before in my region, this is based on the region you found yourself, unlike those living in the usa always pay tax on every wining ticket they won while other country it's not so

Age doesn't stop taxes. It doesn't matter whether the winner is a homeless or a senior citizen, once you have won in a bet, you are entitled to pay bet on that winning. Exemption are on young ages only and nothing more.

Nothing concern paying tax on your winning in the casino with your personal life. so being homeless, elderly, senior citizens etc doesn't limit the law on you . So you pay your tax as when you should when you win your gambling

Although I don't think my country actually taxes base on age , if you are actually willing to gamble , you could actually gamble the way you want and there is actually nothing like too much taxes and others
