Atlanta Braves favorites at the start of Major League Baseball playoffs

With the MLB playoffs starting today, the Atlanta Braves are the betting favorite to win the 2023 World Series.

The Houston Astros won the World Series in 2022, and they were widely expected to repeat this feat this season. Since the New York Yankees won three straight championships between 1998 and 2000, there hasn't been a repeat champion in Major League Baseball in 23 years.


The Yankees, Mets, and Padres were three of those early betting favorites who missed the playoffs despite having some of the highest payrolls in baseball this year.

I'm willing for Atlanta Braves to win this year Major League Baseball. The team had been performing exceedingly well in their past matches which I thought should boost their chances up.
The Houston Astros which happen to be the defending champion as a result of winning the cup last year must brace up in order to reclaim the cup again.
