Atlantic City casino smoking lawsuit appealed to New Jersey Supreme Court

The New Jersey Supreme Court has heard an appeal from those who oppose smoking inside casinos in Atlantic City.

United Auto Workers, the primary plaintiff in the lawsuit and the representative of table game dealers at Tropicana, Caesars, and Bally's, claims it has appealed the case to the highest court in the state.

Given that the lawsuit alleges personal health and worker safety are at issue, the appeal requests "emergent relief," or an expedited review of the case.

i think lawsuit was filed against the casinos in Atlantic City with the claim that they had violated part of the state's Smoke-Free Air Act, which prohibits smoking indoors in most public places. The lawsuit was filed by a group of casino workers and public health advocates

Yes exactly , but be certainly sure that the ones that were involved in doing so were a group of high rollers so the casino would always protect them at any cost so that they do not lose their recurring revenues and income stream
