It is indeed a complex situation that the Atlantic City casinos are facing regarding the issue of indoor smoking on their premises. The decision by the workers committee and casino employees to sue the casino over allowing smoking indoors for clients reflects a growing concern for their health and well-being in the workplace. It is positive to see various workers' organizations and non-smoking rights councils offering support to the concerned employees in this matter.

On the other hand, it is understandable that the casinos may be reluctant to lose customers by implementing strict no-smoking policies. The balancing act between ensuring a healthy work environment for employees and catering to the preferences of customers can indeed create a tough fight between both sides. It will be interesting to see how this legal battle unfolds and what potential compromises or solutions may arise to address the concerns of all parties involved.

Indeed there are many facilities that are trying to help the employees but in my opinion the casinos have the rights to set their rules and they are the favourites to win this case actually indeed in my opinion
