As Austria defeated Azerbaijan in their most recent match, I witnessed a fairly convincing Austria in the first round of the European Qualifiers. However, despite being unrestricted in the first round, Estonia did lose to Hungary in a friendly game. Austria is by far the superior team overall, and since they are also hosting this match, I am confident they will triumph. In light of this, I'm going to make the prediction that Austria will triumph after also being ahead at the half.
