Aruze Gaming, a producer of electronic gaming equipment for casinos, will close its Las Vegas office in August, resulting in the loss of 100 employees. Although 100 jobs lost is not a large amount, the announcement of Aruze's job cuts comes as Nevada's overall employment situation battles to return to its pre-coronavirus pandemic levels. News of Aruze’s office closing and layoffs comes about six months after the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
