B90 announces $2million in fundraising and completes acquisition of Emmy's

The company has finished raising money and completed the purchase of the Swedish marketing firm that had been previously announced.

B90 Holdings, the operator and affiliate, has obtained £2 million through the placing and subscription of 36,731,551 new ordinary shares at a price of about £0.05 apiece.
Three main channels, each addressing a distinct area of the firm, will be used to process the £2 million in funds.

Just over half, or £1.1 million, of the total sum of £2 million, will be invested in inorganic growth possibilities, which frequently involve mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

The remaining £0.4 million will go into B90's own assets, which may include the sports betting brands Bet90, Spinbookie, and Oddsen.nu.

These firms just keep buying each other up without any real changes for customers. And the shares they offered sure seem overpriced, anyone buying in at 5p a share is getting fleeced if you ask me. And what's this inorganic growth they mention? More shell companies and loopholes to exploit if you ask me. Not impressed by these fancy financial moves at all.
