Entercreation Limited's Spinbookie.com online sportsbook and casino will be acquired by B90 Holdings, an online marketing and operating company for the gaming industry, along with its operations, domain, and intellectual property.
In the capital of B90, the entire consideration for the transaction will initially consist of 8.6 million in new ordinary shares with no par value. If Sportbookie's net gaming revenue surpasses a total of €500,000 within the first 12 months of operation following the acquisition, an additional 8.6 million shares will be issued to Entercreation.
