The Technical Standards Group of Bacta has declared that it will collaborate with peers from the Gaming Machine Working Group of the Bingo Association.
The new goal is to create a set of industry suggestions for improving current laws so that the machine industry can maintain the highest standards of consumer protection while remaining competitive.
Bacta and the Bingo Association will submit a six-point plan of outline proposals to update the current regulations by 30 April, following discussions with the Gambling Commission. This plan serves as a prelude to a potential more comprehensive review.
