Bally's Corporation cancels SC Gaming contract

In Pennsylvania, Bally's has canceled plans to build a casino after terminating a three-year contract with SC Gaming.

According to the casino operator, "corporate strategic priorities have shifted elsewhere," so it will no longer be involved in the development of the College Township, Pennsylvania, facility.

Bally's had intended to start construction in 2025 and finish in the first half of 2026; SC Gaming anticipates maintaining this construction schedule even though the operator is withdrawing.

Bally's canceled plans for a Pennsylvania casino following its decision to end a three-year agreement with SC Gaming.
