After being banned for life from Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, a visitor is said to have broken into a car there and taken multiple items.
A permanent ban from the gaming property was imposed on the offender due to a previous theft. They told him and another person to get off the casino floor. After being led to a lobby by officials, the two decided to stay inside the casino instead of going outside. It was there that the thief noticed a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee on the fourth floor of the parking garage.
Even though he tried to cover his face with his jacket, he was captured on camera forcing entry into the car.
