Belgium Gambling Commission set to modify gambling sponsorships in 2025

New regulations pertaining to gambling sports sponsorships have been introduced by the Belgian Gaming Commission, and they will go into effect in January 2025. According to the text modifications, sports teams would only be permitted to enter into agreements with businesses or organisations that do not run games of chance but yet use gambling operators' logos or brand names in one way or another. Foundations, fan networks, apps, websites that provide general football match information, internet broadcast channels, and more are examples of these.
