Bet365 reported a £61.2m loss in the 2022-23 financial year, attributing it to increased business costs.
While sports betting and gaming revenue rose, direct costs increased by 4.1% to £516.6m and administrative expenses surged by 42.2% to £2.93bn.
Despite the operating loss reaching £37.3m, the company noted higher spending contributed to increased revenue.
