Through a deal negotiated by IMG, Betclic, a French online casino and sportsbook, has agreed to become the Liga Portugal's Official Title Sponsor. The football league will now go by the name Liga Portugal Betclic, effective immediately and lasting through 2027. This title sponsorship will also cover digital communications, intellectual property rights, and content and marketing opportunities. Following a similar agreement in 2021, the football league's official name prior to that was Liga Portugal Bwin.
