For the Brazilian market, an operator Fast Track, an instrument for customer interaction, and Betfast.io have agreed to a new partnership. As stated by Betfast, the alliance will improve both businesses' positions in the Brazilian market. The agreement was reached after Fast Track incorporated Open AI into its platform for updated real-time evaluation of data and increased player personalization. This, according to Betfast, only enhances the collaboration. After incorporating the gameplay risk engine Greco into the system in January 2023, Fast Track has now announced a new partnership. According to the CRM provider, Greco's services can now be used by Fast Track partners to enhance player segmentation and boost productivity.
