Betfred potentially set to exit US betting market

Betfred suspended its sports betting operations in Maryland last month due to slowing profits. The British bookmaker may soon completely exit the US market as the company is ending its operations in Colorado and Ohio at the end of this month.

In other words, almost all other operators outside of DraftKings and FanDuel have struggled to compete with the duopoly. These difficulties are made worse for foreign companies like Betfred, which American bettors are less familiar with.

The us based markets are not the easy options for the sports companies to make profits and also the running cost of the business in the location are also very high that is why most of the companies can not afford to do business there actually indeed
